Find Your Way Forward

Let's take a journey together.

CREATING SPACE

Are you truly interested in growth? Do you think it’s possible to grow at any age and any stage of life? What are you willing to let go of in order to move forward? Change is not always comfortable but I work alongside you to ease your way and provide a safe space for you to think out loud, explore possibilities, discover some steps to take now, and then later.

GAINING PERSPECTIVE

People ask “What are the deliverables?” “What is the outcome?” Any change we make has to come from within. Let's find a new perspective. How can you prime yourself to be more open to change? Come with me to step outside yourself and take a look. I am objective, yet warm. Logical, yet emotional. Smart, and soulful.

FINDING RESILIENCE

Like most people, I have faced losses – jobs, my spouse, parents, changed homes, cities, roles, careers. I value resilience, and I can recognize it in others. I define resilience as an ability to “bounce forward” and not just return to the same equilibrium you had before the disruption. Let me help you find your own resilience.  Let’s use the turmoil to rethink, rewire, reorient yourself to the possibilities that the future will bring.

I want to know what’s important to you.

How do you want to spend your precious time?

We will start by investigating your backstory. How did you get to where you are? Where would you really like to go? What would it take to get there?

We will review your professional and personal brand – your resume, LinkedIn profile, and the stories you tell that align with where you want to go. You may need to do some prototyping in order to learn what works and for you. I’ll provide direction on creating a target list of companies, or individuals you want to learn more about.

What can you expect when working with me?
